AGONY SHORT SCRIPT COMPETITION 3 - TOP 10 FINALISTS!

The following scripts were selected by Agony Productions as the Top 10 Short Scripts for the Third Short Script Competition. A public reading of all entries will be held May 11, 2002 at 7 p.m. at the Musical Theater Workshop, 440 Lafayette Street, New York, NY. The audience will vote for their favorite short script, and the winning author will win a $150!

Gold by Joan Jeby Fine
A love story between two 16 year old gymnasts at the Summer Olympics, an American girl and an Asian boy. It is told partly in flashback as the girl returns to the Olympics, 16 years later, to coach their child that he knows nothing about at the same time the real father is coaching his son's main rival.
